Does Hix.AI Work? StealthGPT Review
At first, Hix.ai gives off the vibe of being the Swiss army knife of artificial intelligence. It answers questions, cites sources, has Hix chat, Hix AI writer, Hix editor, Hix tutor, chrome extension, and most importantly, Hix Bypass- an AI humanizer.
In this review, we’re going to use ChatGPT to write us some text and put Hix’s AI humanizer up against StealthGPT’s humanizer to see who’s AI-generated content can bypass a soiree of AI detection tools.
If Hix.AI doesn’t cut the mustard, it’ll seem more like a Jack of all trades, master of none than a Swiss army knife. And to use poker logic, Jacks are never reliable when you have a lot stake in a hand. Enough with the human-like small talk though, lets get on with this AI review.

My Grading System
Using a system our student readers are familiar with, I give a letter-grade score and a star rating out of four stars for each of these four categories:
Writing Quality: Is the humanized text the service generated any good?
Functionality: Does the humanized text bypass AI detectors? Does the service deliver what the product description says it does error-free?
User experience: Is the user experience easy and dare I say, fun?
Pricing: Is it cheap? If it's expensive, do I at least get something worth my money? Value is big part of any content creator’s writing needs because you know what really creates writer’s block? Being broke.
Comparing The Results of Our AI Humanizers
First, we need some of that sweet AI generated content. No AI chatbot is better at writing AI text that reads like AI text than the OG’s of AI, ChatGPT. Lets have them write us a few paragraphs about why it’s better to specialize at one trade rather than be a jack of all trades.
This is what it came up with:
And now, this is what the Hix.AI humanizer comes up with. With a 303 word limit on their free version, I’d have to upgrade to humanize all 303 words of these 3 paragraphs, so I cut it down for the sake of destroying them in this AI review:
Now, if you compare what ChatGPT wrote to what Hix.AI humanizer gave me, it’s as if Hix.AI isn’t even on topic with what I asked ChatGPT. The first sentence:
“This mastery and level of expertise within a trade makes them invaluable in their industry.”
It's referring to some “them” that isn’t even referenced in the source material. Who is Hix.AI talking about? It only gets worse in the 2nd sentence:
“Allowing them to put all their energy and focus into getting those “hundreds of lights” right creates more refined artists who do superior work faster.”
What in the unholy name of artificial intelligence are you saying? If you want your AI writing assistant to be a complete “stooge” perhaps Hix.AI is the article writer for you. I think I established the poor writing quality and lack of readability already. I’ve hammered that nail in a little too hard, perhaps.
Hey, at least the user experience is easy!
Now, lets see if StealthGPT does any better:
StealthGPT’s output is so much better and on-topic. If you submit both, a reader of the Hix AI text may think you have a couple screws loose. Regardless of readability though, does either text bypass AI detection tools?
Before we show you if we bypass AI detectors, you should learn How to Bypass AI Detectors from our blog.
Hix.AI vs StealthGPT vs Originality.AI
StealthGPT has had a long history of beating Originality.AI, you’d think we’d give them a rest, but no. As one of the advanced AI detection tools in use today, we need to use them as the standard to test against new opponents such as Hix.AI.
This is how Hix.AI fared against Originality.AI:
Hix.AI bypassed Originality.AI with a score of 87% originality. Meaning there was a 13% chance it was AI-generated text.
Now, this is the StealthGPT result:
StealthGPT performed better against Originality.AI with a 97% originality score. Meaning there was a 3% chance the text was AI-generated content. That’s 10% better than the Hix.AI humanizer’s score.
Check out our review of Originality.AI to see StealthGPT beat an advanced AI.
Hix.AI vs StealthGPT vs Other AI Detection Tools
If an undetectable AI writing tool wants to thrive, they need to bypass AI detectors beyond just Originality.AI and Turnitin. We’re about to run our AI text through a bunch of detectors to determine which is the best AI writer - Hix.AI or StealthGPT.
GPTZero
GPTZero is a solid AI checker. This is what it said about Hix.AI’s text:
GPTZero detected there was a 33% chance Hix.AI’s content was AI generated text. That’s still a C+ with a 77% human score but I wouldn’t exactly say its an good example of how this text could bypass AI detection. It would probably make a professor catch your scent until they passed the text through more detectors.
Now, how did StealthGPT do against GPTZero:
StealthGPT’s text was able to bypass AI Detection with a 2% score against GPTZero. This is certainly a good example of being able to fly undetected. It’s the sign of high-quality content in the undetectable AI space.
Bypassiing GPTZero is nothing new for us. Check out our AI review to learn how to beat GPTZero.
Quillbot
Quillbot’s a good free detector thats rather popular. This is how it reviewed Hix.AI’s text:
Hix.AI scored a 52% against Quillbot, meaning it was more likely to be AI generated content than original content created by a human.
This is what StealthGPT scored against Quillbot:
Not only did Stealth bypass AI detection against Quillbot, we passed with a 0% chance of being AI generated content. Wonderful for StealthGPT users, kinda lame for Hix.AI heads.
ZeroGPT
ZeroGPT is a little bit jankier, a little bit more “free” feeling if you catch my drift. But plenty of people use it so lets see what it had to say about Hix.AI’s text:
Hix.AI scored a 0% chance to be AI-generated. Good job, Hix.AI! Now, what does ZeroGPT have to say about StealthGPT’s undetectable AI text:
StealthGPT also scored a 0% chance to be AI generated. We did it! A draw! Thanks, Hix.AI!
Copyleaks
Copyleaks is an even more advanced AI detector available for free use online. We’re gonna keep checking each one off the list so here goes nothing. Here’s what it said about Hix.AI’s text:
Hix.AI’s text was determined to be 100% original content and human written content. Now StealthGPT’s results:
StealthGPT’s text was also determined to be 100% original content and human written content.
Content At Scale
Content at Scale is a powerful free AI detection tool. We had to pass Hix.AI through it and this is what it said:
Hix.AI passes as human! Yay! Now StealthGPT:
Another draw. StealhGPT was able to bypass AI detection from Content at Scale with a 0% score. We always bypass Content at Scale though, check out our AI review to see how we beat them every time.
Crossplag
Last one. Crossplag is another popular AI checker people use. Here’s what it said about Hix.AI:
Hix.AI passed with a score of 0% percent chance the content wasn’t human. What did Crossplag say about StealthGPT though?:
StealthGPT also scored a 0%, meaning it’s all human here, baby.
Hix.AI Final Grade: D+ (1.5/4 stars)
Hix.AI gets a C- for these for reasons.
Writing Quality: F (0/4 stars). I’m sure not every prompt will trigger Hix.AI to create such ridiculously poor and nonsensical content as it did for this sample, but as far as readability goes, not only was it unusable but it was also somehow clearly AI text just from reading it with human eyes and brain. I’m sure they can do better but it only takes one time to gauge whether the artificial intelligence’s algorithm is quality.
Functionality: C (2/4 stars). It was able to bypass four AI detection tools and did somewhat decently against the others, though a professor would probably be suspicious if he got the results which Hix.AI did against Originality.ai and GPTZero. It didn’t ever generate any errors though, as poor as the text it output was.
User Experience: B (3/4 stars). Not bad. With an all-in-one ai system that contains this many features, it’s surprisingly user friendly. I’m not sure how useful any of the features actually are though, with the AI humanizer as wonky as this one was for our sample.
Pricing: D (1/4 stars). Why? Lets take a look at their pricing options:
So, for $9.99 you get the basic version allowing 500 words per request. That’s pretty low, especially compared to StealthGPT’s unlimited words. The funny thing is how underneath it lists among the features “Truly Undetectable AI Writing”....AS IF THE FREE VERSION’S WASN’T!?
No, wonder the text sucked so much. The AI humanizer wasn’t truly humanizing the text! What do ya know! Oh, and this is rich too...It says “Bypass basic detectors”, well which detectors do you deem basic with your “truly undetectable AI”?
The Pro Plan for $14.99 per month includes such advanced features as more jargonistic modes, pumps the word limit up to 2,000, and now creates text undetectable enough to bypass Originality.AI and Turnitin. Congrats, you played yourself.
Then finally, the unlimited plan offers unlimited words. Something you can get with StealthGPT’s free trial and read all about on our blog.
So, all those grades added up together comes out to a D+ (1.5 Stars out of 4)
I wouldn’t use Hix.AI for anything more complex than summarizing an email. Hix Bypass? More like, Hix My @$$!

Is Using AI Generated Text Plagiarism?
No. The traditional definition of plagiarism is stealing other people’s words or ideas without proper credit. What AI writing tools do is generate original content anytime they’re given a prompt. It can be unreadable, but damn it, it’s original.
Using AI writers as a ghostwriter to author your essay is now considered AI plagiarism in academia though. If you want to learn more about the ethics and penalties of using AI in academia, read our blog.
How Do AI Detection Tools Work?
AI Detection tools pick up the watermarks of AI writing such as simplicity in word choice and sentence structure to determine if content was AI-generated or human writing. They often come up with false positives because how often do humans use simple word choice and sentence structure? All the time, right?
They're such flawed tools that articles like this one from MIT reveal exactly why AI detectors don't work.
How Do I Make My AI Text Undetectable
Once ChatGPT or another AI writer generates your text, if you want it to be undetectable, you have to pass it through an AI humanizer. Humanizing AI text is about replacing the watermarks of AI text with the watermarks of human writing. You can learn about what those watermarks are in this Forbes article about human vs AI writing.
